We offer a contemporary style of worship, which reaches out to all kinds of believers. On a Sunday morning, you will hear JUDAH (our worship team) sing songs by Chris Tomlin, Kirk Franklin, Martha Manuzzi, Casting Crowns, Fred Hammond and many other Christian artists. On occasion, you will see our Dance Ministry in action during the service in a performance like no other. Other times, you may experience the dramatic presentations of a sermon by our Drama Team. Of course, we have a dynamic young pastor named Pastor D, who delivers a breakthrough word of hope and deliverance. He is supported by a staff of ministers, as well as his Pastor, the prolific Rev. Emma Salter. Our church is considered a "teaching ministry." Although we do love to stomp our feet and clap our hands as animated as the next church, we believe it is important that believers be taught. Thus, sermons delivered at Joy are mostly presented in a lecture style. Don't sleep, on occasion Pastor D will go "old school" Pentecostal on you as well!
