Jeremiah 9:23-24 Thus says the LORD, "Let not a wise man boast of his wisdom, and let not the mighty man boast of his might, let not a rich man boast of his riches; but let him who boasts boast of this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the LORD who exercises lovingkindness, justice, and righteousness on earth; for I delight in these things," declares the LORD. (NAS)

Hosea 6:6 For I delight in loyalty rather than sacrifice, and in the knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings. (NAS)

Eph 3:18-19 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God. (NAS)

Philippians 3:7-10 “But whatever things were gain to me, those things I have counted as loss for the sake of Christ. More than that, I count all things to be loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them but rubbish in order that I may gain Christ, and may be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own derived from the Law, but that which is through faith in Chris, the righteousness which comes from God on the basis of faith, (NAS)”

According to these passages how high a priority is know God?
How does a person know God better?

What attitude must we have to go deeper?

Proverbs 8:17-19 "I love those who love me; and those who diligently seek me will find me. "Riches and honor are with me, enduring wealth and righteousness. "My fruit is better than gold, even pure gold, and my yield than choicest silver. (NAS)

Revelations 3:19-20 'Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline; be zealous therefore, and repent. 'Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will dine with him, and he with Me. (NAS)

Jeremiah 29:13 'And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. (NAS)

Matt 16:24-26 Then Jesus said to His disciples, "If anyone wishes to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. "For whoever wishes to save his life shall lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake shall find it. "For what will a man be profited, if he gains the whole world, and forfeits his soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? (NAS)

Ps 34:8 O taste and see that the LORD is good; how blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him! (NAS)
