Main Service description: The Worship Service at South Ridge is a time for you to focus on God and be encouraged as you join with others on the journey of discovering who God is and growing closer to Him. As you approach the church entrance, you’ll be greeted warmly by volunteers. Whether you’re looking to try out a Sunday morning Community Group, find a program for your child or teen, or go directly to one of our two services (9:00 and 10:30), our volunteers are trained to anticipate your need and help you meet it. As you enter the service, you’ll hear people of all ages celebrating God’s greatness through song. Musicians and singers will lead you in songs that blend both old and new expressions of faith in God, as our volunteers compliment the experience with lighting, sound, and video. Some services include dramatic sketches, aimed at opening hearts and minds to God’s voice. You may find yourself laughing, reflecting, or even crying as our team portrays the reality of life. Each service also features practical and applicable teaching. Our pastors seek to provide a clear and concise look at passages from the Bible in a fresh and engaging way. Messages are meaningful, conversational, and meant to meet the needs of the listener.
