There is an array of ministries that Presbyterian churches can provide to their congregations. Due to limited personnel, many Presbyterian churches must be selective about the ministries they choose to offer.

One ministry that is rare amongst smaller Presbyterian churches is the Singles' ministry. For most churches, singles over the age of eighteen are simply part of the main congregation, but for Presbyterian churches that have a large college crowd, an actual ministry focused on Singles' can be a great idea. Most of the time only Presbyterian churches that are larger in size have the necessary staff members or even the need for such a specific ministry.
