There are many types of ministries that Presbyterian churches can offer. But limited staff forces most Presbyterian churches to be very picky about which ministries they ultimately decide to make available to their congregations.

For most churches, singles over the age of eighteen are simply part of the main congregation, but for Presbyterian churches that have a large college crowd, an actual ministry focused on Singles' can be a great idea. Most of the time only Presbyterian churches that are larger in size have the necessary staff members or even the need for such a specific ministry.
