It's no secret that there are many different types of ministries that Evangelical Covenant churches can provide. But limited staff forces most Evangelical Covenant churches to be very picky about which ministries they ultimately decide to make available to their congregations.

For a lot of churches, people over the age of eighteen who are single are just part of the general congregation.
