There is an array of ministries that Free Methodist churches can provide to their congregations. Due to limited personnel, many Free Methodist churches must be selective about the ministries they choose to offer.

A service that is almost never seen in smaller Free Methodist churches is the Singles' ministry. For many churches, single people above age eighteen are automatically included in the main congregation, but Free Methodist churches that have larger college crowds and also have a ministry focused on Singles' have a lot of appeal.
